Cashed in about 60% of my balance from Unionbank of the Philippines (my bank) to my Gcash (an e-wallet) to pay a loan. The cash in failed. My bank account now has less money that does not reflect in my gcash. Now have to go chasing after that lost cash with their CSRs. FML 🤦♂️
