Why does our Parliament not have a Technology Commissioner? Someone whose job is to spend their days gaining a solid understanding of how new tech works. Then to sit politicians down for a chat, 'explain like I'm 5' style, to make sure they grasp the bare bones basics of bleeding edge tech they want to introduce into the public service. *Especially* the health system.
