What used to appear in search results within a few weeks now takes many months (if ever). This applies to both Google and Bing.
What does this mean for anything new coming onto the web?
After Google changed their focus to AI, people are moving to alternatives. What search are you relying on if you're not using Google? Many are moving to DuckDuckGo which uses Bing for its indexing, which doesn't actually solve this problem.
