The request came yesterday, one of the client's employees is not able to open the Excel files on his system.
Tried taking remote access, but the system is slow and old enough that Anydesk didn't install. Couldn't take the remote.
Verbal probing didn't get me much information.
Cx requested to visit. Scheduled for 31st December i.e. today.Leaving for the site in 10 minutes.
