🚀 Asahi Linux adaugă suport oficial pentru cipuri Apple Silicon M3 (M3, M3 Pro și M3 Max)!

Echipa din spatele proiectului Asahi Linux a lansat un milestone major de dezvoltare: instalatorul oficial suportă acum nativ Mac-urile echipate cu procesoare din seria Apple M3. Cele mai multe dintre funcționalitățile deja mature de pe generațiile M1 și M2 sunt acum pe deplin operaționale și pe cipurile M3.

✨ Punctele cheie ale lansării suportului M3 în Asahi Linux:

💻 Hardware și periferice funcționale imediat (Out-of-the-Box):
• Suport complet pentru camera web, microfoanele interne, modulele Wi-Fi și Bluetooth, alături de conectivitatea USB (până la limita hardware de USB 3 10 Gb/s).
• Decodare video accelerată hardware (inclusiv suport nativ pentru codec-ul AV1).

🧪 Modul de instalare și disponibilitate:
• În prezent, instalarea pe cipuri M3 este protejată prin filtrul EXPERT=1 în scriptul de instalare (curl -L [https://alx.sh/](https://alx.sh/) | EXPERT=1 sh), urmând ca această cerință să fie eliminată odată cu lansarea Fedora Linux Beta.

⚠️ Limitări cunoscute în faza actuală:
• Accelerare GPU & 3D: Suportul complet pentru GPU și motorul Display Controller Pipeline (DCP) sunt încă în lucru. În prezent, nu există accelerare 3D eficientă energetic.
• Ieșire video & Mod Sleep: Din cauza lipsei driver-ului DCP complet, porturile HDMI dedicate de pe MacBook-uri sunt dezactivate, iar modul Sleep nu funcționează deocamdată pe framebuffer-ul furnizat de firmware.
• Compatibilitate modele: Sunt suportate modelele MacBook și iMac echipate cu M3, M3 Pro și M3 Max (suportul pentru Mac Studio / M3 Ultra va urma ulterior).
