I've noticed that some #teas are sold without an additional paper bag around each individual #tea bag, but most come with. You find that even when it's the same company producing the teas, like #DM in #Germany Why not stop using the additional paper bags? It's only extra trash and a waste of our natural resources. #nature #environment #naturalresources

My first order from WhatCha since 2018. As soon as I saw that the white teas from Malawi were back in stock I had to get some (and a few others as well). Nice to see that he’s still doing handwritten notes for every order :-)

Paying for import duties / taxes was also easier than I had feared.

So what is "instant pu-erh"? It's sometimes called 茶膏, "tea paste". Instead of steeping tea leaves, you make a decoction!
Basically tea leaves are boiled and are left to steep on low heat for days until there is no water left. The tea... residue? is then made to dry until it's hard, then it's aged.

The result is a very concentrated tea! #puerh #masteadon #teas

I have done a very good job of drinking my smaller teas, and I have now ONLY forty #teas in my tea drawer.
I try to avoid going above fifty in general, which means I'll have some margin to buy more after the spring harvest :blob_tea:​
And only eight #puerh cakes plus two pu-erh in somewhat loose form. One quarter of my teas being pu-erh seems very in character for me XD #masteadon

I do not own a kyusu, so I will be using my Korean #tea set.

I mostly drink Chinese #teas now, and I have not drank kukicha for years so I am excited. I got this tea last month from a Parisian teashop I had never visited before so I don't know how good it will be. #masteadon
