About the Department
Established in 1972, CUHK’s Department of Translation was the first of its kind in Asia. We offer BA, MA, MPhil, and PhD programmes, and are dedicated to pioneering new approaches at the intersection of language, culture, and technology.
Position Highlights
1. Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses
2. Develop new courses aligned with research interests
3. Supervise research postgraduate students
4. Conduct independent and collaborative research projects
5. Undertake administrative duties
Requirements
1. PhD in translation or related fields
2. Relevant teaching experience and professional qualifications
3. Strong research and publication record
