Really curious how the race through Norway develops...
#tcrno12 starts in #Trondheim on 19th July. If you are in the area, say hello to the riders. The starting parcours ends in #Røros while the first checkpoint is at #flåm

Caught Google AI out this evening (I avoid Google and AI as a rule). Chatting to herself trying to recall a French bike packing racer but the name did not come to me. She asked Google AI for some names. But, it came out with a person I did not know as winner of #tcr no7. I said Fiona Kohlbinger won that race and she challenged AI. It was incredibly apologetic and admitted it had made a mistake. Not important in the scheme of things but confirms my lack of trust in it. Got the name I was after.

Selbst Lostdot veröffentlicht die Ergebnisse fürs TCR in einem Googledoc.
Man könnte ja eigentlich meinen dass Organisatoren die "Self Supported" ganz hoch hängen, auch bei den eigenen Prozessen etwas in die Richtung denken....

Morgen startet das Trans Pyrenees Race No4 und auf der Startliste stehen einige Namen, die man bereits vom #Transcontinental kennt, beispielsweise Petra Scherer (#TPRNo4Cap11), Fiona Kolbinger (#TPRNo4Cap4, Gewinnerin #TCRNo7) und Robin Gemperle (#TPRNoCap1, Gewinner #TCRNo10).
Die Regeln sind dieselben, wie beim #TCR. Es geht einmal quer durch die Pyrenäen und zurück. Die Route ist - abgesehen von einigen verpflichtenden Parcours & Checkpoints frei wählbar. Und das Ganze ist natürlich unsupported.
Das verspricht spannend zu werden!
