Nice, and not too sweaty, 42km spin out to Barry links train station this evening. Even this bug that flew into my mouthvnear home on the return leg didn't dent my enjoyment.

So hugely grateful to the NHS Tayside staff who saw me for a MRI scan at Ninewells Hospital in Dundee today. Staff, of multiple nationalities, who are a boon to the NHS, and were doing a kind, caring and professional job. I'll get my final results from the gynaecologist in Perth when she's considered the result, and decided if they dare risk operating on me. Normally it would be automatic, but my health factors complicate things, especially being severely immunosuppressed. #NHS #Tayside #Health

Still marvelling at how pain free and calm I am after this morning’s gynaecology tests. My biggest take away was that gas and air is a miraculous combo! Not something I’ve had before due to not having children. And a couple of co-codamol pills before also helped. Huge thanks again to NHS Tayside. #NHS #Tayside #Health

Huge thanks to a very kind gynaecologist and nurses at Perth Royal Infirmary who checked me today, ruling out a huge cancer concern. On downside they found something else which needs more tests. But probably not cancer. So impressed at the professionalism and care. They even offered me shortbread! Thanks NHS. #NHS #Tayside #Health #Cancer

Reflections on Broughty Ferry. This is a reworked version of an earlier post. The crop isn’t as tight on this version showing more of the reflected windows on the opposite wall. There’s a red filter applied to the mono conversion which darkened the blue areas of the sky.
