Jarnit Family Beer Syroût
Interesting turn on a stout, fruity plum opener, hints of chocolate and dark pepper. Hides its 12% ABV well in a creamy body with a tart finish.

Light and creamy, malty with just a touch of coffee and some mild hops on the finish. Refreshing on a beautiful day.

After a bad pour, pivot to another new selection - #ferndaleProject Dubai After Dark #stout
Nutty pistachio and cocoa with a thin yet creamy body. Slight bitter finish. Needs to be much richer chocolate to meet that “Dubai” billing.

Wow that’s nice! Cinnamon and orange opener, licorice and chocolate and malty body with a lasting spicy finish. Like the Terry’s original with a bit of extra 11% zing!

#perennialArtisanAles 2025 Coffee Abraxas
Big coffee and cinnamon nose, rich and slightly sweet body with coffee, chocolate, cinnamon, and a little chili kick. Not a slap you spicy but a nice pop.

Coffee lead with a roasty smooth and mildly bitter body. The maple is subtle - let it warm to squeeze out the flavors

While checking local spotted the same pack for $18, ordered!

Double pastry? Not really - thin body for the promised flavor mix, it’s chocolate and peanut mostly, a bit of burnt caramel and a moderately sweet finish.

#falseIdolBrewing Old World Oath Czech style dark lager aged on white oak.
Thin body, very oaky lead but not much flavor beyond that. Smooth bitter finish with a hint of smoke. Not a favorite.

Medium body, smooth chocolate with sweet fruity banana notes. The peanut butter hides at the finish. Let it warm!

@tgpo @pejacoby @beersofmastodon every time I had a #Tavour problem, they did their best to make it right. The only time they didn’t was when a beer I really wanted didn’t make it into my box and they sold out in the meantime. They refunded me, but I wanted the beer!
