There are some things afoot. First, I'm making progress on this ritual flower sheet. Can anyone guess based on the reference photo up on the computer what the third flower type is?
Bonus if you can figure out why I chose these three types of flowers for this sheet!
Finally, I'm opening up Thee Otherworld and a few client spaces for tattoos in October of this year. There will be four slots a month to start and I'd love to receive any and all of your inquiries!
I've long debated this, and will be keeping a portion of my Practice squarely reserved for those who are ready for the kind of Work it entails. However, fiscal reality and the necessity for us to create another revenue stream has me relying on my One Marketable Skillset for this -- it just hasn't been sufficient to try to get writing gigs in the age of AI or to build revenue with our newsletter. But! I have lots of valuable ritual experience and skill with a needle, and have created a safe and clean space within which to work magic with you, and I hope that a few folk will trust me to do that and make the trek out here to see and be with the Land in the midst of their transformation!
I am also going to be seeking out guest spots, but probably sometime next year, so keep your eyes peeled for my name at a shop near you. I am back on the dreaded Instagram, for now and if you'd like to keep up with those kinds of announcements feel free to join me there @sigillosacro. I'm trying to not fall into all this, but what we're doing with the Ranch is so important and I very much wish to keep it going -- unfortunately the state of the world is what it is and we're working within some brutal constraints.

Tattoo books are going to be open again! Because of *gestures* everything else going on, availability is limited but I'd love to take on a few projects here and there and continue building my portfolio and perhaps be able to bring in some fiscal offerings to continue building out the Ranch so we can offer space for others to reside again in the relatively near-future.
I'm also open to taking on illustration commissions within reason, I can write a love poem for your honey, or I can help you interpret your dreams. I do lots of things -- most of which are not really valued these days, but all of which are valuable and which I would love to share should you have the need.

It reminds me of three things. One, that we are always changing, always growing. It’s the opposite to a traditional tattoo in some ways - with their statements and their stasis. This breaks up lines, clings to hard places, grows through the seasons… Two: It reminds me of the annotations of poets like Blake - turning the set, dead texts of the past back into organic matter with his winding, cursive outgrowths, breaking apart the slabs of type…

Been to the The Bike Shed Show at Tobacco Dock in London for the last few years. Amazing show with some incredible bikes. This was taken in 2019 at a tattooist there at the show. Had to get the position just right and wait for an age till he just happened to make eye contact with me. Those are the real colours of the tattooist's hair
