@farah The upshot is I now have 'Epo' injections that stimulate red blood cell production so my blood count is close to normal. Unfortunately I still get very tired. I don't think I have CFS/ME/Long COVID but I do have kidney and liver problems and am recovering from 2 cancers so some days, like this morning I feel someone has stolen all my #spoons #SpoonTheory #TATT
