    My respect and sympathies to the Judge for all the thought and careful reasoning put into instructing the Jury.

    Wouldn’t’ve been needed to if Media and Police were more respectful of prejudice concerns.

    IMO, MONA is mislead and wasting of time/money:
    It is discriminatory, and MONA could have resolved the issue by focusing on modifying the badly designed installation to be a form of performance art, including the added opportunity for performative ‘discrimination’.

    The advice to resolve the issue was clear, but MONA and co evidently lacks the imagination and creativity to make the exhibition lawful.
    I wouldn’t be surprised if they lose again.

    MONA should consider employing genuine human rights savvy artit’s/designers/thinkers who are professionally arms-length from gender biases.

    I’d be open to temporarily taking leave to be employed as a consultant.
