#Tardigrade is definitely an example of charismatic mini-fauna that would be a fun candidate for an #emoji to represent some missing branches of the tree of life

One trick is that #Uncode doesn’t like campaigns for emoji and want ones people Will use, rather than ones a group Wants people to use

So emoji nobody has heard of are a very hard sell

They also have a rule about open-ended emoji that imply the need for many others, like dog species

Where would they put every invertebrate?
