In einem Schreiben an den PEGA-Vorsitzenden stellt AUCH er die Qualität und Glaubwürdigkeit des Ausschusses in Frage !
Er erwähnt ebenfalls die Enthüllungen über Sophie in't Veld und die aktuellen Ermittlungen der DOJ.
Er stellt fest:
Das Interesse an der Verwendung von Spionageprogrammen in anderen EU-Ländern wie Deutschland ist gering oder fast nicht vorhanden.
