I remember getting really hype for this special when they were advertising it. I believed 100% we were going to see a real alien body. And hosted by Jonathan Frakes! I was probably the most annoying kid on the planet talking about this leading up to the premier.

I love the VHS community (usually anyway), but it makes me sad to see so many people discard tapes because of mold.

This is just a psa that if you have a tiny bit of patience and a spare vcr you can totally clean tapes up easily.

I made a list of stuff that had to be done to make this work. From basic stuff like a plan to #update all my #firmware and clean my #tapeheads to working out #sample sets, #drum sound palettes, and #synth patches to writing out my #themes and #charting the #influences I wanted to incorporate. (I have PAGES of notes generated during this process. Would be good to get #feedback on how deep I should go here.)
