I drive a 2012 #VW #Tiguan and have been very happy with it, premium gas requirement aside. I recently looked at the newest version and it's grown. A lot. In fact, so much so that they've introduced a smaller model (#Taos) that's *still* bigger than the one I own.
If this is indicative of how vehicles have changed in the last 10 years, I have no problems seeing why parking spaces don't fit, why fuel economy is middling, and why pedestrians and cyclists are an endangered species.
