Last night we finished watching Outrageous. It is about the Mitford sisters. I am not sure how accurate to history that story is, but I do know that Mosley existed and the Battle of Cable Street did occur.
This put a thought into my mind about the bully boys of Bishop Brian. Similarity is there.
Anyway it is not a series I would put down as a "Must Watch", but we enjoyed it.

CW: NZ - Tamaki's thugs intimidate Sikhs
Today Brian Tamaki's thugs obstructed a Sikh parade in South Auckland. They've rebranded from black to blue t-shirts and are calling themselves "True Patriots of NZ".
Yeah, sure!
They sported slogans including “Kiwis first”, “Keep NZ, NZ” and “True patriot” and carried a large banner saying “This is New Zealand not India."
Racist? You betcha.
How Tamaki is allowed to perpetrate ongoing public violence and threatening behaviour while retaining his tax-free "charitable" status is beyond me.

Following disruptions to a children's event at the Auckland Pride Festival in February, four of the fake bishop's black-clad thugs have been arrested on assault charges including one of Indecent assault. Further arrests are pending.

NZ Police referred 20 people to the fake bishop's "Man Up' and 'Legacy' programmes last year. Twenty new Destiny recruits to pay tithes to Brian and attack trans people on his command.
That stopped today.
Tamaki's thugs storming the Te Atatu library last month & assaulting librarians has caused Police to revise their plan. They've now stated that "no further referrals will be made."
Excellent. Now let's dig into Destiny's tax-free status.

NZ's fake bishop is leading a small group of losers down the Auckland motorway as a counter protest against the Hikoi which is making NZ proud. In other words, the pseudo-bishop supports Seymour's racist stance, despite a large proportion of his cult members being Maori or Pacifica. Go figure.
An ironically accurate banner on the back of one ute reads, "This is NZ's Trump Train".

The fake bishop is in court today over multiple breaches of Covid-19 orders.
The charges date back to 2021/22 when his Bishopness was wilfully organising protests and continually breaching bail.
It's a judge-alone trial.
