There is a pattern to this which suggests it is actually fully in cop training. I can think of three cases which are very similar with the confused shouting, a cop getting in front of or on a vehicle, other cops pointing guns from the side at the driver.

I just saw the video of the trigger happy cop who killed #TaKiyaYoung and her unborn child. It's so wrong on so many levels, and even though he did everything wrong, appears his actions are being mitigated because she drove forward at 2mph toward him. If he can get away with a "fear of his life" defence. America is more insane than even I thought it was. #BLM
