Snuck off to the #DoctorWho exhibition in town before it closes. It was fun, quite sciency actually. Even a little #FluidMechanics 🌀.And some great bits n bobs from the show… also my first time inside #Tākina. I’m warming to it.

Strolled around grnd level of Welly’s new convention/events centre #takina this week.
Great welcoming vibe + architectually (certainly externally), a distinctive building with great shapes & design elements.

Directly across the road from TePapa & down the street from Q arts hotel - #takina has created an enlarged vibrant arts/events precinct within the CBD.

Plus new inner city housing precinct #Paddington nearing completion.

#Wellington feels dynamic. No “dying city” as Key once opined.
