Thanks to all for replies and @'s lately. I'll get to responding. But I've been brain-drained and exhausted. I spent the last few days learning what it feels like when you can't get your Zoloft refill and you end up going without the meds for 4 days. It is very weird and not fun. Antidepressant-withdrawal is no joke. Finally got meds back in me 11 hours ago and am starting to feel better. But good golly miss molly I am TIRED.

Today #selfcare looked like swallowing pride and hitting up a local food bank. I also cashed in points for some free Dutch and tried a new beverage and will be sharing good space with a friend for dinner.
