Gisteren presenteerden studenten Merel Lauppe, Nisanne van Oosterom, Floyd Roesink en Roos Vroom van de Reinwardt Academie hun advies: hoe krijgen we IT-studenten geïnteresseerd in de cultuur- en erfgoedsector? Daarmee sloten ze hun drie weken durende 'take-over' bij het Netwerk Digitaal Erfgoed af.

Samen met stakeholders keken ze welke groep in het netwerk extra communicatie verdient. Al snel kwamen IT-studenten naar voren: een groep waar erfgoedorganisaties naar op zoek zijn, zeker nu ze steeds meer veranderen in IT-organisaties.

Gesprekken met opleidingen lieten zien dat kennismaking met de cultuur- en erfgoedsector als potentiële werkgevers nog weinig aandacht krijgt. De Reinwardt-studenten ontwikkelden daarom een laagdrempelige infographic over waar organisaties in het Netwerk Digitaal Erfgoed doen, én een uitgeschreven plan voor gastcolleges bij de opleidingen.

Een mooi startpunt om het erfgoedveld te verbinden met deze doelgroep. Dank, Merel, Nisanne, Floyd en Roos!
