I've been spending so much time in hospital waiting rooms lately, and often they have a large TV streaming a calming sceneries of mountains and rivers. It really helps to relax and calm down. So I thought I might try that at home too, and came across this Japanese travel Vlog that has the same effects. Quiet, calming, and gentle. The places they visit are somewhat off the beaten paths. Not many people in sight. Cinematography is beautiful.

Another unexpected (for me at least) benefit of a short yoga break at home is that you are making the time for yourself. Solo hiking is my form of meditation usually, but right now I cannot leave home; but now YouTube yoga sessions are giving me the soothing moments that I really need at the moment. If you are a caregiver, nursing a heavy heart, under a stress that you can't talk about... I highly recommend it. You are not alone. #TakeCare #caregiver

The casher at the drugstore was a young lady with a punkish makeup. She, quite unexpectedly, asked me how my day was, very sweetly. I took a moment, sighed and said "It was OK." Sometimes those little kindness makes a big difference in someone's tough night.

I've taken photos of this exact patch and shared them with you for the last three weeks now, and every time there are new flowers in the mix -- this week, it's the bee balm (light pink flowers on the right). The farm is my Sunday afternoon escape.

There aren't many new photos on my phone lately. That reflects the fact that I'm now only running errands. But I also did some mending today. Visible mending is my form of rebelling against my upbringing; _everything needs to be neat and proper_ Oh to hell with it! Productive day.
