Rainsticks. All made a long time ago; the oldest one is probably 15 years old. Some are made of papier-mâché, some just from sticks and ropes, and all have paper towel rolls inside.

I don't know why I keep making them. There is something magical about their sound. There is also something magical about creating musical instruments literally from garbage.

A wooden mosaicked bracelet in Huichol style. (Never seen any such bracelets among the things made by the Huichol, but still, the mosaic is in their style.) Made so long ago that I don't even remember the year - probably 2015 or even earlier.

This one doesn't have its own chain. The chain is the most tedious part of making a pendant, so it's much more fun without :D Also, a third party chain with a clasp might be more comfortable, if less beautiful.

Generally, I'm not much of an embroidery person, but about a year ago I suddenly developed an affection for temari. They are very easy to make and can be spectacular.

I'm not quite sure what to do with them though :D Right now I have about 30 temari in different patterns, sizes and colours. Maybe put them all in a big transparent vase?

They say traditional Huichol mosaics are glued with wax. As an imitator from another continent, I use liquid nails instead :D
