Saturday I attempted to ride with some #Brompton bros to #Tagaytay. 🚴♀️ I bailed when we got to #Anabu. Even with #PedalAssist I had trouble keeping up. And my left hand was numb. #CarpalTunnelSyndrome
Now that Big Bike ⚪️🚲 has new 🔋 + the old 🔋 as backup, I was hopeful I'd make it all the way. Well, I didn't get to find out. I was suffering enough already and saw a #Starbucks. That was my cue. I said goodbye and ditched the group. 😅

A short public announcement from yours truly, a concerned citizen. There's a foreigner who identified himself as #Thai, roaming around Washington Sycip Park & immediate area in #Makati #Philippines , asking for a fare to #Tagaytay .
He's suspicious because after I gently apologized that I can't help & I was about to suggest to go to the #Thailand embassy, he quickly left. I already reported it to the security in the area.
If there are foreigners stranded for whatever reason, direct them to their embassy or the local authorities. Don't give them money, & don't go with them if they keep on walking. Also look around you.
It's fine to assist foreigners, but don't forget your own safety & security. Not because we're in our own land does it mean we have the advantage.

I'm having trust issues. 😐
Oh nothin'. Just that my decade-old #Garmin #VivosmartHR is going berserk.
A couple of months now it's been reading ordinary walks as climbing stairs.
I did a day trip with some friends the other day to #Tagaytay and it thinks I climbed 37 floors. I'm pretty certain I did not* do that. 😅
Now I'm thinking I can't trust the heartrate and sleep readings. The others sensors have probably gone bonkers too.
Ya know what that means, right?
Time for some shopping. 🤪!
