O SINASEFE, a partir do acesso ao conteúdo do PL 6170/2025, entende que o governo federal descumpre os acordos de greve nº 10 e nº 11 ao enviar para a Câmara dos Deputados um projeto de lei em desacordo com os diálogos feitos ao longo e após a greve nacional realizada em 2024.
Em relação aos trabalhadores(as) técnico-administrativos(as) em educação (TAE) foram apontados problemas graves sobre o Reconhecimento de Saberes e Compentências (RSC) e sobre a carreira docente foi apontada a ausência dos percentuais relativos ao Anexo III da Lei nº 12.772/2014.
