Also this year we are having the next #Tacticon, organized by the publisher of #OldWorld, #HoodedHorse!
On Friday there will be a range of talks, focused on relevant things in the streategy genre, like e.g. how to deal with the environment or how to develop the next part of a series.

Every civ-fanatic should be interested in the talk on Friday about historical accuracy in strategy games!
The talk about procedural generation might be interesting as well, given that's essentially how the civ maps are generated.
For the game showcases, #Reus2, a god game, is probably also something for civ-fans!

The #Tacticon is a virtual convention about strategy games, organized by #FireSquid Games and #HoodedHorse, and therefore should contain some interesting things for us.
This year the convention will happen from July 18 to July 22. The lineup normally consists out of various talks, demos and sales.
The list of games is not short, and includes for example #OldWorld, Great Houses Of #Calderia, #Millennia, Terra Invicta, #CrusaderKings3 or #Reus2.
