I finished #TacticalBreachWizards recently. Highly recommended if you like #TacticalRPG games, #puzzleGames, or defenestration. Fun abilities, witty dialogue, and an unexpected depth of worldbuilding.
The attached screenshots contain ability names and character appearances, which you might consider to be minor spoilers.

A friend and I were PIs at a snowy remote winter resort trying to solve a murder. We'd tagged a pet dog off its leash we were certain belonged to the culprit, and now our phones alerted us when it was nearby. Our sensors had also alerted us to a gunman in a garage
The dream pivoted into #TacticalBreachWizards game but first-person. We avoided the garage level and focused on powering up on levels that gave us magical gems. We defeated a large fish and could summon lightning thereafter

#TacticalBreachWizards is such a masterclass in how theme, story, and gameplay are more than the sum of their parts.
eg, level designs convey character beats & the character’s personality inspires the level design.

I received a copy of "Tactical Breach Wizards" (https://wizards.cool; that redirects to the Steam page, mind you) as a gift. It came out last year, and Tom Francis (@Pentadact) is one of the developers, if that name means anything to you.
I have never been much interested in cosplay before, but I have a sudden and strong urge to put together a costume for Steve the Traffic Warlock (right-most character).
I'll see how I'm thinking after a night's sleep.

Tactical breach wizards!
I had a blast playing through the game and just have a few survival dreams left, so now felt like a good time to celebrate the game. I picked my favourite outfit for Jen and Banks; my favourite Dall outfit is a minor spoiler though :)

I finished #TacticalBreachWizards' story mode, hooray!
Got some extended goals left in the last three missions, and the last few "dreams" side quests to do still, but in the meantime I thoroughly enjoyed the story.

8: #TacticalBreachWizardsTactical Breach Wizards was the best-written game I played all year and there’s a ton of work that goes into that.
To start with, it’s really funny without denigrating the gravity of the central plot. The silly premise of pairing a world of wizards with the trappings of a SWAT tactics game is a great starting point for ridiculous and entertaining scenarios.
