Adding cheese is my favorite part! When I had thrush, eating dairy was a challenge. Nowadays, I deeply enjoy foods with cheese, especially taco salad. Standing 30–40 mins to cook is hard due to chronic fatigue 😩, but I pushed through with grit & determination!
