I have wanted to practice Aikido for many years now.
Tonight I finally I attended my first class at Tacoma Aikikai and wow am I sore from head to toe. I had a fun but wasn't expecting to be thrown and rolling on day 1. 😅
Looking forward to my next class on Thursday and a hot bath tonight. 🤣
