Szamos lleva desde 1935 dedicándose a la pastelería. En Szentendre (Hungría), el museo del mazapán presenta una selección impresionante de figuras de mazapán elaboradas por artesanos. Todas incluyen un letrero donde figura el tiempo de elaboración (a veces dias) y el peso. Szentendre es una zona donde prolifera la almendra, que se trabaja para realizar este delicioso dulce navideño.

#Szentendre in Hungary is a bit like #Brugge in Belgium. A beautiful place to be, but way too many tourists :-)

This morning I had a quick #biking trip to #Szentendre, where I had breakfast. I had a #cheese #croissant, which is quite popular here in Hungary, but I do not recall seeing it anywhere else 😉

What is the best motivation for #biking or #hiking? Well, to me (and I'm not alone...) it's #eating. Yesterday I was in #Szentendre, and visited one of the best bakeries of Hungary. With a bit of luck I burnt more calories with biking, than I ate for breakfast 😉

We had #rain during the night, and expect even more rain for the afternoon. So, I had a short (40 km) #biking trip in the morning, and had a nice breakfast in #Szentendre :-)
