I really wish @libreoffice hadn't removed the system tray / quick start feature. I know some folks don't see the point of the sytem tray, but I'm not going to argue that. I just know I'd love for LO to stay resident in memory and able to launch in a moment without having to have a window open, because if I had to keep a window open, it would switch to whatever desktop that window is on, rather than opening the document in the desktop I want to open it in. :/
