Every so often, a legitimate "Thanks for your order, please answer these question" email (sometimes with a prize draw) gets flagged as spam.
Started poking it to understand why. The SpamAssassin "T_FILL_THIS_FORM_SHORT" rule is triggering. Which is kinda expected. It's a survey request. But which part is apparently spammy?
Apparently it's "your name and email address". They say "provide your name and email address to be entered into the monthly prize draw" and that's enough to be flagged as a spammy "fill in this form" email 😐
(It's not the main cause - the main cause is my upstream relay giving it a high spam rating - but it's easier to adjust this rule than the upstream spam rating!)
