#Syndromes are difficult, not least because they are not really "a condition".
They are unusual collections of symptoms - which might individually be experienced by many - signs and perhaps measurable chemistry, which taken together suggest a whole which is usefully managed, treated, regarded, in ways which tend to benefit quite a few of the people that diagnostic cloud is pinned onto.

Unpacking it to, say, 3 diseases, will make it easy.
