Saw a rainbow polar bear at the #SydneyRoadStreetParty in Brunswick today. Sadly real Polar bears are starving due to reduced Arctic #SeaIce due to burning #FossilFuels and #ClimateCrisis

Banner making for Climate Action Merribek for our Sydney Road street Party stall this sunday. We are giving this old blind a second life as a community banner. Work done Fiday evening fuelled by vegetarian pizzas and a shiraz 🍷 by an Iranian refugee.

At the #SydneyRoadStreetParty I Spoke to a person from Royal Park Tennis Club about Sand filled artificial turf. They have stuck with clay surfaces. Synthetic grass tennis courts last about 5 years, have #Microplastics loss and end of life disposal issue. So why is #MerribekCouncil so keen on #Fakegrass for tennis for community courts? #syntheticTurf
