Gor (1987) removes everything provocative and interesting and original from John Norman's excellent first Gor novel. It becomes a stock-standard barbarian warrior adventure movie that lacks pace and energy. Very tame and very disappointing.

One of my all time favorite Rpgs is getting a new edition after too many years of being out of print.
Talislanta is a unique world with a lot of history. Core mechanics will be familiar to anyone who has played d20, but Talislanta had them first. A great sword and sorcery game.
