Well the great #switchingsides is about to come with the #withdrawl from #NATO by the #US and the fully open support by #Trump of #Russia. Vladimir has for now won. Once the #US is out of #NATO it can do as it wants. Even if there is a legal need for a vote in the US, Trump can just reduce #NATO support to zero and remain in the alliance. Keep in mind the command and control systems are run by the #US.
