Okay, I just signed up for my first ever trail running race 😬 I will take part in the Vertical distance on Swiss Alps 100.
Anyone joining in? There are a few spots left.

Picked up quite some dust and dirt on yesterday's 50km/3000m #SwissAlps100
Feeling not too bad all considering. No blisters, only mild muscle-aches, even my old patellar tendinitis (AKA jumper's knee) seems OK!
Lazy Sunday recovering... -
The winner of the swissalps100.com endurance race (160km) about 2km before the finish line. 24hrs 29min, new course record!

Gearing up for #SwissAlps100 .
Not the 100 miles you silly! Just 50km with 3000m altitude difference, no need for running either. We'll make the cut-off time easily in our brisk-walking speed.
We'll not make our regular 7km/h on flat surface (hi The Netherlands!), but 15 hours will suffice (avg. 3.44km/h). We do over 4km/h on 30km hikes -
@kp training for #SwissAlps100 50km/3000m run (brisk walk for me)

Gone walkabout Alpine. 25km w/ 1955m elevation.
Might just enter the #SwissAlps100. Don't worry, not the 100mi/160km /10000m one, just the 50km / 3000m one
