    Almost skipped the #pool today - ended up going and setting some personal pace records for 100 yard intervals - this was my 1500 main set (part of a 2k with 300 warmup + 200 cooldown)

    This week I’ve been experimenting with a ‘loping’ freestyle technique and WOW the drive forward and energy use feels amazing. It immediately took a few seconds off my normal fast pace. Gonna keep refining it…
