    At least at the beach ⛱️ , there is a Life Guard who can see (and probably even recognize) the newbs.
    With the mountain trails within easy driving distance of LA or Boston, we don't have the Newbs under similar surveillance.

    ^Perhaps the Tuckerman trail should have a face-recognition camera & cellsite that push notifies any phone w/o the AMS App or registered mountaineer "turn around now you fool".^
