I need a "breakfast cocktail" for tomorrow's 5AM Sweden vs USA match, so I acid-adjusted some pineapple juice to make Mai Tais. Never tried this before. The acid-adjusted pineapple juice tastes pretty bizarre on its own, but worked perfectly in the experimental pre-run.
