Choose a lake. We went along or over Walensee, Zürichsee, Zugersee, Rootsee, Vierwaldstättersee and this one (Lauerzersee) today, but I only jumped into one of them today.

Lol I'm window shopping #Sweetwater 's "Black Friday" sale. Seriously, you're not fooling anyone. That amp was always $199.

I hate, hate, hate #Synchrony bank right now! I need to update my contact information. So not even two hours earlier, I was able to sign in okay thanks to being able to obtain a username, and I didn't have to verify my identification. ThenI went to manage my profile and edit the information on there, and it says give us your phone number so we can send you an actual code. So I do, and it says that they can't verify me via that phone number and to enter another number. My profile shows (even for the customer agent I spoke to) says my number is right. The agent says I need to make sure my number is verified with Social Security. It is. So then I get logged out of Synchrony bank and have to log in again... Now it's asking me to verify ID by scanning ID/selfie, which I can't do because I'm totally #Blind and can't see the stupid animation. You know what, #Sweetwater is great, but they need to use a different bank for their cards. And Synchrony needs better customer service, hands down.

Finally coming down from a pressure cooker couple of weeks. Monday was a real treat—road trip to #Sweetwater to acquire a new #1, with the added bonus of finally meeting my man @neverbeaten !

Had a fantastic lunch in their epic cafeteria...

Not your average #sundayBeers (for me anyway), sitting in a chair in the sky in a metal tube drinking beer from a tin can… weird!

#sweetwater 420 Extra Pale is light and citrusy with a gentle centennial hop finish. Can’t complain!

“This is worse than Cuba”: Thousands of Mobile Home Residents in #Miami Fight Eviction by #AffordableHousing Developer

December 7, 2024, By Adam Weaver, Robin Young, and Juan Verala Luz of the #BlackRoseAnarchistFederation via #IGD

"A new fight over housing has erupted in the Miami suburb of #Sweetwater, culminating in local police tackling and arresting an elderly resident leader. On November 13th thousands of residents living in the massive 900 unit Li’l Abner Mobile Home Park received a surprise notice taped to their doors, on top of garbage bins, and strewn around in dark puddles on the property, announcing they had only months until they would be displaced from their homes. Those who were aware and could understand these notices quickly spread awareness to those who didn’t or couldn’t, as soon residents will have nowhere to go.

"Rental prices in Miami-Dade County have skyrocketed by 58% over the past five years and the average rent for a two-bedroom apartment is now over $3,300 per month according to Rent.com. The population of the park is almost entirely multi-generational, working-class Latino immigrants, with a significant number of them being elderly and disabled residents living on fixed incomes who find the park to be one of the few affordable options left in the region."

I knew that the malt was going to do a good job of holding back the bitterness, and it's doing a better job than I even suspected it would.

It pours considerably darker than the previous two, and it puts me more in mind of a double IPA then a west coast style.

First sip has a dry finish, and it doesn't seem to have nearly as much dank as I had feared.

First sip is toned down. I expect something with this much fruit to have a complex mixture that brings a ton of bitterness with it.

OMG this one is my favorite so far. Whoever is running this site is a musician (probably several someones).

I hope they keep adding to these, because it’s a great source of amusement for me.
