The Sweethearts Rolling Rink
In the autumn of 1972 Florida native Bill Yates was finishing up his final year of college studying photography. During this time he shot over 800 images at The Sweethearts Rolling Rink - enough to gain him admission to the graduate photography program at the Rhode Island School of Design. The negatives + proof sheets went into a box where they stayed for over 30 years, until resurfacing recently in a series of solo shows.
