Now that we have our greenhouse bench clear, it's time to get going with the first planting of sweetcorn. These 33 pots will make up the first planting (1 40ft. row). We always do 3 plantings, each 2 weeks apart, so when these sprout and get big enough to plant out we will start the next, etc... Mmmm I make the best salad. Dead simple. Dice and cook some #ButternutSquash and #Beetroot, roughly chop some random leaves, #Tomato, #Cucumber, #BellPepper, pickled #Walnuts, and #Mushroom. Mix it all up with some #PineNuts, #SunflowerSeeds, #Mustard, #Pesto, some of the juice from the walnuts, and tinned #Sweetcorn. Mix thoroughly. That's it. Had it with a #Hake fillet. #cooking #foodstodon
