I don’t think the Assistant Commissioner swears at all; have seen him circumlocute around [sic] swear words. Also, Counsel Assisting does not say the ‘c-word’ and nor does she repeat ‘racist slurs’ that are in the written documents. It’s a tricky path to tread. She does seem to relish sticking them [the boys] with their own use of the ‘f-word’ - at least in the last few days. -
