Sometimes I forget how much I adore Roger Tillison’s version of “Old Cracked Looking Glass” (a Guthrie tune).
Then I hear it again and it sounds like it was written for me.
‘Roger Tillison’s Album’ was produced by Jessie Ed Davis, who probably is playing slide here. Fits in the same part of my heart as The Band, or Jessie Winchester, which is fitting cause the album has a bunch of covers of early Band/Dylan stuff
