I made #Nigerian #suya, for the first time. Gosh, I can't even describe how this feels. ❤️ It's been 28 years (!) since this #oyibo had some suya, in #Abuja ... the taste brought back cherished #memories of my childhood, sitting by a bush road in the early evening, steaming suya wrapped in newspaper, and eating it with chunks of tomato and onion ... 🥹 #happy #cooking
