Outward 2 throws you into a gorgeous, unforgiving world that’s all about exploration and survival.
It’s buggy and a bit empty at times, but the thrill of setting your own path keeps the adventure alive.
Launching summer 2026 on PC!

My doctor / chiropractor is also an avid #gamer & we love to talk about what we’re currently playing. Husband & I are currently halfway(?) through the survival Green Hell and LOVING IT, but as I was trying to explain and recommend it, I realized that is very hard to do without spoilers!
My best pitch is: Excellent figure-it-out survival game with a solid story mode. You’re basically dropped in the middle of the jungle and have to figure out how to find your way back to civilization without dying. There’s a heavy element of mystery to the story, which is why I have trouble talking about it. The plants are even realistic enough that I’ve used my rl knowledge of #nativeplants
10/10 recommend for anyone who likes survival, rpg, and/or puzzle-solving. The co-op play is for up to 4 people, so you can figure it out as a team. I love It.
