Musical Interlude: Driving around this afternoon, doing a few errands, I listened to this piece, which I found infectiously bouncy despite a somewhat sinister title. It's a good tune for a Friday.
Trivia: It's the only solo single from one half of the Canadian Sweethearts, famous for the rockabilly hit "Eeny-Meeny-Miney-Mo."

Musical Interlude: Back in the 90's, I stumbled on an instrumental band that all wore Mexican wrestling masks. I bought their first CD because I thought they had a cool name (true!), and I haven't regretted it a moment. Musical Interlude: After yesterday's visit with Los Straitjackets, I wanted to visit another good surf band, Satan's Pilgrims! I like them, but not as much, alas. But this track, I adore. Once, at a former job, I was assigned to inventory some stuff in storage, so I brought my laptop and cued up this album, and danced around the storeroom while doing my work. My boss walked in, and after a moment's confusion, thought it was the coolest thing ever.
