First pattern I've done in about... *checks notes*
...14 MONTHS! Time flies when you put random stuff through the scanner.Anyway, this one has some abstract skulls on it. Started with photos of bubbles and then did stuff in Affinity, Bit Vision and Mosh-Pro. Have not decided if this will end up as a demo or could be expanded into a full set.

I made this design for the latest Spoonflower design challenge for the theme 'non-directional wallpaper'.
It's rosellas (parrots) and rosellas (hibiscus plant).
I was so proud of this. I thought it was legitimately, objectively, really good ... But so far it is doing very meh in terms of favourites on other social media and on spoonflower itself. Bit of a bummer. But I'm pretty used to weathering this sort of art-fail response by now.
